Due to our varied and exciting range of products, here at Advanced Disposables we have a wide range of cup insulations for whatever your requirement, and the following blog discusses this range and provides insight into the different types available.
Compostable and Plant-based Insulation
Our 8oz Fiesta Green Double-Wall cups are insulated with a sustainable plant-base lining instead of plastic, making them environmentally friendly and compostable, and a great alternative to harmful plastic cups. With a double wall design, this thick insulation ensures that its contents stay hotter for longer. Furthermore, our Mixed Design Bamboo Disposable Cups come in three sizes, 8oz, 12oz and 16oz, and are suitable for both hot and cold drinks. They come in packs of 50 and so are ideal for parties and events where you are trying to be more eco-conscious as they are both compostable and biodegradable.
Single Wall Insulation
Though these cups have just one layer of paper for insulation, our Green Compostable Expresso Single Wall Cups are perfect for smaller, quick, hot drinks as it has less of an environmental impact than double or triple wall insulations; more paper used, the greater the environmental impact of the cup. Furthermore, manufacturing single wall cups consumes less energy and paper. These cups are also suitable for milk-based drinks as it withstands slightly lower temperatures than double or triple insulated cups.
Insulation Wraps
For single insulation cups, one way to improve on the insulation of the cup and keep the contents hotter for longer is to use an insulation wrap. These wraps not only provide a thermal barrier but also enables an opportunity for advertisers to target customers with custom designs. Our Coffee Clutches are perfect for 8-10oz cups and are biodegradable to make sure your purchase is sustainable.
Multilayer Cup Insulation
Double wall cups such as our Double Wall Brown Compostable Paper Cup from Kraft or our 12oz Double Wall Hot Cups from Leaf offer higher insulation than single wall cups, better for longer-lasting drinks. However, it is our triple wall cups that offer the highest insulation and comfort for your customers, with three layers of paper keeping the contents warm and protects hands from high temperatures meaning that these cups, such as our Triple Wall Kraft Ripple Cups are the safest to hold.
Here at Advanced Disposables we understand the necessity of disposable cups, but with our wide range of sustainable, biodegradable and compostable cups, whatever the reason of your purchase, your cups will be eco-friendly and have less of an impact on the environment than other disposable products.
