Our bamboo skewers are ideal for grilling and stop food from sliding and spinning around.  A great tip is to soak your skewers in water before use for around 30 minutes.  Well soaked skewers will last longer on the grill without burning.

It is also a good idea to ensure that the any meat or vegetables cover the length of the skewer to prevent the skewers breaking in the middle.  The food also protects the skewers from the heat making them less likely to break, scorch or weaken over time. Paddle skewers can also be washed and reused and their flat handle makes them easy to hold.
