Description

One at a time is the key to reducing paper wastage when it comes to napkin dispensing. The Xpress nap dispenser from Tork makes wastage control simple as the refill packs use the self presenting Z-fold that ensures only one napkin is dispensed at a time, reducing wastage by about 25% when compared to a dispenser that uses a C-fold refill. The dispenser is perfect for fast moving catering environments and its styling is modern and clean.The top of the dispenser has a quick change display that allows you to present your specials for the day or any special offer you want to present. The message can be changed out in seconds, and in the pack, you will receive a link to an online tool that allows you to easily design marketing material and create a PDF to print flyers that will fit your dispense. You could even create the PDF in a separate office and email it to the site for printing and it will always print to the correct size.

*Our cut off for our express delivery service is 1.30pm for same day dispatch.

**Our cut off for our standard delivery service is 11am for same day dispatch. This is due to limited opening and closing times at our Royal Mail depot in our area.

However, we do aim to dispatch our orders as soon as possible. Delivery is usually made with 2-3 working days on stock lines.

Our standard times of delivery are 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery as Advanced Disposables cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to no one being available to receive parcel.

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 48 for smaller parcels under 2kg and Parcelforce 24 (tracked please provide a mobile number) for large parcels.

Our own transport is utilised for local customers in Devon and Cornwall where possible or on request.

Returns policy

  • Damaged, Defective or incorrectly sent goods to be identified within 30 days for exchange or refund.
  • You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return items that ARE NOT damaged, defective or incorrectly sent- the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
  • Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used. Furthermore, in the event a product seal is broken or a packaging sleeve has been opened, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value)
  • We reserve the right to charge a business a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value) in the event a return has a net order value over £250.00. This charge is for large orders and applied at our discretion. This charge will be applied in the event a product return is requested for no fair reason.
  • Any and all refunds due to the Buyer under this Clause shall be made by the Seller within 30 days of receipt of the Returned Goods in undamaged and saleable condition
  • The Seller shall dispatch a statement of returned goods to the Buyer upon receipt of the Returned Goods which shall set out the sums due to the Buyer by way of reimbursement including any deductions or set-off for damaged or otherwise non-saleable goods.
