Description

Cut down on refill frequency in high-traffic washrooms with these extra strong, 2-ply recycled toilet rolls, designed to deliver a high sheet count per roll for excellent cost-per-use. Ideal for offices, restaurants and cafés, they’re compatible with the hygienic mini jumbo tissue dispenser (GD838) for a practical setup that suits many washroom styles.

CHSA-accredited and supplied as a 12 pack, these rolls are designed with perforations to minimise wastage and a 2-ply construction to support absorption so guests use fewer sheets. They also include FSC®-certified materials for ethical and eco-conscious sourcing, and are described as suitable for recycling and composting after use if free from heavy soiling.

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 48 for smaller parcels under 2kg and DPD, Parcelforce 24 or APC (tracked please provide a mobile number) for large parcels.

For Royal Mail deliveries, if there is no recipient available to accept your parcel(s), they may choose to deliver them to a suitable Safeplace at the address and leave a card explaining where the parcel(s) is located. If they are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, they will return your parcel(s) to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a “Something For You” card at the address.

Our own transport is utilised for local customers in Devon and Cornwall where possible or on request.

Returns

Returns policy

Damaged, Defective or incorrectly sent goods to be identified within 30 days for exchange or refund.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return items that ARE NOT damaged, defective or incorrectly sent- the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used. Furthermore, in the event a product seal is broken or a packaging sleeve has been opened, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value)
We reserve the right to charge a business a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value) in the event a return has a net order value over £250.00. This charge is for large orders and applied at our discretion. This charge will be applied in the event a product return is requested for no fair reason.
Any and all refunds due to the Buyer under this Clause shall be made by the Seller within 30 days of receipt of the Returned Goods in undamaged and saleable condition
The Seller shall dispatch a statement of returned goods to the Buyer upon receipt of the Returned Goods which shall set out the sums due to the Buyer by way of reimbursement including any deductions or set-off for damaged or otherwise non-saleable goods.
