Our standard times of delivery are 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery as Advanced Disposables cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to no one being available to receive parcel.
Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 48 for smaller parcels under 2kg and Parcelforce 24 (tracked please provide a mobile number) for large parcels.
For Royal Mail deliveries, if there is no recipient available to accept your parcel(s), they may choose to deliver them to a suitable Safeplace at the address and leave a card explaining where the parcel(s) is located. If they are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, they will return your parcel(s) to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a “Something For You” card at the address.
Our own transport is utilised for local customers in Devon and Cornwall where possible or on request.
