The Spontex Sponrex100 Recycled Scouring Sponge, sold individually, is an eco-friendly and versatile cleaning product designed for commercial or domestic use. It features a dual-sided construction, combining a soft sponge on one side and a durable scouring pad on the other. This allows for effective cleaning on a variety of surfaces, from delicate dishes to tough stains on counter-tops and appliances.

A sponge and scourer in one, this clever little product has the added benefit of being better for the planet. The scourer is made from 100% recycled fibres and the sponge is 100% plant-based biodegradable cellulose.

The sponge is highly absorbent, ensuring efficient cleaning by holding and releasing water or cleaning solutions as needed and is designed for washing plates, dishes, pots, pans and other general cleaning tasks.

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 48 for smaller parcels under 2kg and Parcelforce 24 (tracked please provide a mobile number) for large parcels.

For Royal Mail deliveries, if there is no recipient available to accept your parcel(s), they may choose to deliver them to a suitable Safeplace at the address and leave a card explaining where the parcel(s) is located. If they are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, they will return your parcel(s) to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a “Something For You” card at the address.

Our own transport is utilised for local customers in Devon and Cornwall where possible or on request.

Returns

Returns policy

Damaged, Defective or incorrectly sent goods to be identified within 30 days for exchange or refund.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return items that ARE NOT damaged, defective or incorrectly sent- the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used. Furthermore, in the event a product seal is broken or a packaging sleeve has been opened, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value)
We reserve the right to charge a business a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value) in the event a return has a net order value over £250.00. This charge is for large orders and applied at our discretion. This charge will be applied in the event a product return is requested for no fair reason.
Any and all refunds due to the Buyer under this Clause shall be made by the Seller within 30 days of receipt of the Returned Goods in undamaged and saleable condition
The Seller shall dispatch a statement of returned goods to the Buyer upon receipt of the Returned Goods which shall set out the sums due to the Buyer by way of reimbursement including any deductions or set-off for damaged or otherwise non-saleable goods.
