These boxes feature an innovative design with tuck-in corners, which help retain heat to keep your food and deliveries fresher and warmer for longer.

Thanks to their strong material and large, convenient handles, these boxes are easy to transport and carry, ensuring fewer spillages and extra protection for you, your customers and your staff when transporting food. 

The carry pack is manufactured from sturdy kraft brown paperboard which is fully recyclable. Recycling these boxes will help to keep extra waste away from landfills and into more sustainable disposal areas. However, you must make sure the boxes are free from food waste and spills, oil or grease as this will contaminate the recycling process.

Our standard times of delivery are 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery as Advanced Disposables cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to no one being available to receive parcel.

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 48 for smaller parcels under 2kg and Parcelforce 24 (tracked please provide a mobile number) for large parcels.

For Royal Mail deliveries, if there is no recipient available to accept your parcel(s), they may choose to deliver them to a suitable Safeplace at the address and leave a card explaining where the parcel(s) is located. If they are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, they will return your parcel(s) to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a “Something For You” card at the address.

Our own transport is utilised for local customers in Devon and Cornwall where possible or on request.

Returns policy

  • Damaged, Defective or incorrectly sent goods to be identified within 30 days for exchange or refund.
  • You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return items that ARE NOT damaged, defective or incorrectly sent- the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
  • Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used. Furthermore, in the event a product seal is broken or a packaging sleeve has been opened, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value)
  • We reserve the right to charge a business a restocking fee (up to 20% net order value) in the event a return has a net order value over £250.00. This charge is for large orders and applied at our discretion. This charge will be applied in the event a product return is requested for no fair reason.
  • Any and all refunds due to the Buyer under this Clause shall be made by the Seller within 30 days of receipt of the Returned Goods in undamaged and saleable condition
  • The Seller shall dispatch a statement of returned goods to the Buyer upon receipt of the Returned Goods which shall set out the sums due to the Buyer by way of reimbursement including any deductions or set-off for damaged or otherwise non-saleable goods.
